Deliverables

  • A thorough assessment is conducted to provide descriptive data and feedback for the executive.  The goal is to explore patterns and trends to develop an understanding of leadership strengths and abilities as well as developmental opportunities. 
  • The process gathers data through the use of psychometric instruments and 360º feedback assessments to provide a comprehensive overview of personality characteristics, motivators, values, interests, skills and leadership/management style.
  • The executive receives a comprehensive review of their assessments and 360° feedback. These findings are integrated and thoroughly discussed to provide the self understanding required for personal and professional development.
  • The executive works with the coach to create a comprehensive and specific Action Plan with deliverables. 
  • The philosophy is to maximize the use of strengths and talents and to work on making behavioral changes that will minimize the impact of weaknesses on the individual’s career and within the organization. 
  • The Action Plan includes milestones and progress measurements based on individual and organizational goals.
  • Our Executive Coaching process is guided by the Assessment and Action Plan combined with an understanding of organizational needs and objectives. 
  • Action steps are integrated with the current business issues and are addressed during regularly scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions over an agreed upon time duration.
